First class service from this company.  Johnny  responded by phone same day to my query and came out to my daughter’s house next day to measure up , then gave us the quote for the 5 windows and a composite front  door that same week. We found the quote very competitive and decided to use this company for our job. Understanding there was a wait for the door. Work was completed about 7 weeks later. Communication was good via phone and WhatsApp and the boys were very considerate of starting date as my daughter works shifts and I had to stay there while work was being done. We are absolutely delighted with the great quality windows and door  which were expertly fitted.. Has made a huge difference to insulating the home and saving bills. A&P windows did an amazing job! I had my front door and front windows done and their prices were competitive to other companies I had quotes from. The professionalism from start to finish was very high. The job was completed in the time frame they gave me and worked around when was best for me and kept in contact throughout. They even tidied up after themselves (you wouldn’t have know they had been there) and were great with the dogs in the house. Really good doors and windows. I must give them that. However the communication from their office was basically nonexistent. Been told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get windows but it took nearly 6 months... No phone call  or even just an email whatsoever that it will take longer, that they are awaiting parts etc., nothing. And if I didn't go there and ask they wouldn't even bother letting me know. I worked with this company earlier this year where they replaced all windows in my house across three floors. The workmanship, attention to detail and the experience of working with this company was exemplary. More recently we wanted to install new bifold doors which this company has just completed also.
